Art-Prints-On-Demand Refuses to Refund order THEY Cancelled!!

I ordered 3 art prints from Art-Prints-on-Demand.com in November 2014. They rejected to print 2 of the prints that were my own images, but have not refunded me for the 2 items they did not produce. I have emailed and called the company numerous times, and they claim to send the refund request to Germany where the company is based, but it's approaching 3 months now and I have not received a refund. I have even disputed the amount with my credit card company. This company makes good prints, but their customer service is beyond horrendous. I am a repeat customer of theirs, but they are totally incapable of refunding an order that THEY cancelled. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Overpriced art prints

art-prints-on-demand.com has phony promotions where you end up paying 25% more than you should. This co. does business in new jersey but is hq'd in germany so consumers have no recourse...after losing $400 tried various agencies to no avail. Was supposed to get 33% of the purchase of fifteen prints that were produced overseas in hamburg germany but instead obtained "customary 10% discount"...attempts to cancel orders or obtain credit were consistently ignored. This co. makes good quality products but unfortunately is obviously engaged in consistent and deceitful marketing practices and should be avoided, unless you enjoy getting ripped off.
